But the fruit came to be served very slowly, asked the staff said that they had to wait for the fruit to be delivered from the city to eat Breakfast at 8.30 am, there is no restaurant closed 10.30 am, late exam staff, good service, other rounds. the room does not have slippers,the room only has shower cream,the room is new,clean,good

We stayed at the Siam Triangle Hotel as part of our organized birding tour in northern Thailand. The hotel sits right beside the road and has a very spacious lobby. Our room was a standard king with river view and small balcony. The air was so thick with smoke however it was impossible to be outside without a mask. The poor air quality exists all over northern Thailand not just Chiang Saen but be aware it's a real problem in the winter months (Dec-March). Our room was adequately sized with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very nice with made to order eggs and coffee specialty drinks - a huge upgrade from the powdered stuff we were usually served. It's a nice hotel, - just unfortunate we couldn't be outside to enjoy the view.

I came from Japan to see the Chiang Rai Biennale. The hotels here are very clean and comfortable. You can walk from the city center, but you can also rent bicycles for free. There is a road in front of the house, but there is little traffic at night so it is quiet. The front desk staff and security guards do their jobs seriously. thank you for helping me. I want to stay here again.

We booked this place because of the impressive reviews online. However, I was a bit disappointed when we actually checked in. Below is my rundown. The Good: The food is healthy and delicious. The hotel's design is wood-themed which makes things interesting if you want to get in tune with nature/meditation and all that. I can tell the hotel invested heavily in quality of the building and furniture. The lower-level staff (cleaners, waitress, security, etc.) were superb as usual in Thailand. The Bad: Finding the hotel is confusing even when using Google Maps and it doesn't help that there is next to no signage to assist with locating the hotel. The managerial staff seemed aloof, distant, and apathetic - not what you expect at Thai standards. The room's aesthetics were great if you like wood but the room was NOT functional - examples abound but essentially, the design did NOT allow good and efficient organization and placement of your things. Summary: This place is great for a single traveler or couples with minimal luggage - not great for families with kids. We paid about $200 per night for our room and it was definitely NOT worth it at that price point, which is why this review leans toward the negative. In my view, the reviews online do NOT accurately review this hotel.

The spacious room is conveniently arranged: a desktop with a chair, a table with two chairs (which is rare). Snow-white bedding. There is a public area for free coffee. The hotel is two minutes from the beautiful embankment of Mekonga. Access directly from the main street, it is not necessary to look for. From the downsides - parking only for three car seats.

Until I feel that one night may be a little short for a real escape of the hustle and bustle. With the perfect atmosphere with a beautiful and peaceful view The air is so cool and fresh that I hardly want to go back. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back next time. We first discovered this hotel while looking for a place to stay before a border hop to Laos, but it’s quickly become a favourite spot for us to come to rest. The owner, Mai, is extremely hospitable, and her son Nok is incredibly kind. The food — especially the lemon chicken, the spring rolls, the fried rice, and the massaman curry — are truly among the best dishes we’ve tasted in all of Thailand. This place is a hidden gem: the rooms are comfortable, the views are green, and the sounds of nature are very relaxing. We now look for reasons to come to this area just so we can stay here. It looks very ordinary from the outside, but this is hands down one of the best hotels in Thailand.

The pictures of Rai Saeng Arun and its surroundings are beautiful but they do not fully capture the special vibes experienced in this place. We were amazed by the abundance of frangipanis, bamboo trees, rice paddies, various crops and gardens, and the special view of the Mekong overlooking Laos . Extremely calm and quiet. Be ready to climb 200+ stairs every day if you're staying in one of the bungalows on the hill, but there are rooms on the river level - be sure to book the right room for your stay at the reservation stage. When showering, look up and witness trees and plants eclipsing your view of the sky. At night you will shower while looking up to the stars, and since it's a remote area, you will get a crisp view of the milky way. The food is predominantly Thai and delicious - fresh produce is grown around the area, so expect some of the freshest organic food from regions where top notch restaurants in Bangkok likely source from. While you can get much cheaper food in local areas of town, a meal for two here goes for around 600-700 Baht, quite inexpensive for the quality. The people are incredibly nice, as usual with Thai hospitality, but we were lucky to be invited by the manager's nephew on a mini road trip with his family to check out neighboring temples and the golden triangle. The couple didn't charge us a dime and even paid for our temple tickets and dinner. Not that all guests will be this lucky to be awarded this opportunity, but goes to show how genuine and kind the people here are. Advices: If staying on the hill (200+ stairs), pack light. While the hotel offers instant noodles, beverages and water in the rooms, feel free to bring evening snacks of your own as the hotel's restaurant closes at 5pm and the nearest supermarket/convenience store is definitely not walking distance. Reminder that this is a remote place. Most people come with their own cars or arrange drivers for the whole stay. Be sure to plan your day-trips and transportation ahead of the stay. Bring a good book, a good playlist, and unwind. 100% recommend.
