Good atmosphere next to the Mekong Breakfast is reasonable for the room price. But the fruit came to be served very slowly, asked the staff said that they had to wait for the fruit to be delivered from the city to eat Breakfast at 8.30 am, there is no restaurant closed 10.30 am, late exam staff, good service, other rounds. the room does not have slippers,the room only has shower cream,the room is new,clean,good

We stayed at the Siam Triangle Hotel as part of our organized birding tour in northern Thailand. The hotel sits right beside the road and has a very spacious lobby. Our room was a standard king with river view and small balcony. The air was so thick with smoke however it was impossible to be outside without a mask. The poor air quality exists all over northern Thailand not just Chiang Saen but be aware it's a real problem in the winter months (Dec-March). Our room was adequately sized with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very nice with made to order eggs and coffee specialty drinks - a huge upgrade from the powdered stuff we were usually served. It's a nice hotel, - just unfortunate we couldn't be outside to enjoy the view.

I came from Japan to see the Chiang Rai Biennale. The hotels here are very clean and comfortable. You can walk from the city center, but you can also rent bicycles for free. There is a road in front of the house, but there is little traffic at night so it is quiet. The front desk staff and security guards do their jobs seriously. thank you for helping me. I want to stay here again.

The breakfast is very delicious, directly see the picture below for breakfast sharing, the room is clean and hygienic, it is very convenient to eat at a nearby restaurant, and the price is very delicious.

We booked this place because of the impressive reviews online. However, I was a bit disappointed when we actually checked in. Below is my rundown. The Good: The food is healthy and delicious. The hotel's design is wood-themed which makes things interesting if you want to get in tune with nature/meditation and all that. I can tell the hotel invested heavily in quality of the building and furniture. The lower-level staff (cleaners, waitress, security, etc.) were superb as usual in Thailand. The Bad: Finding the hotel is confusing even when using Google Maps and it doesn't help that there is next to no signage to assist with locating the hotel. The managerial staff seemed aloof, distant, and apathetic - not what you expect at Thai standards. The room's aesthetics were great if you like wood but the room was NOT functional - examples abound but essentially, the design did NOT allow good and efficient organization and placement of your things. Summary: This place is great for a single traveler or couples with minimal luggage - not great for families with kids. We paid about $200 per night for our room and it was definitely NOT worth it at that price point, which is why this review leans toward the negative. In my view, the reviews online do NOT accurately review this hotel.

The view from the window to Laos is just a wow. It is not forgotten about, you can watch for hours, the evening picture is not worse. Near the pier, with it boats go to Mekong, we swam for half an hour in Laos, very funny. Near a few foods, cheap. Everything closes very early, wanted to make a massage, the salon didn't work. We went to the city, there everything works until 17-30. We found a few cafes, but expensive. There are many small ants in the room and saw a cockroach. There is a teapot, a refrigerator in the room. Next to 7/11, you can buy a snack and eat in the room.

We only stayed for 1 night before crossing over into Laos. The hotel totally surprised me. The staff were so helpful. The restaurant was really good and the views were stunning being right on the Mekong looking over into Laos. We stayed in a riverview room in the resort side of the hotel - the room was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was amazing. I hope to come back to Chiang Khong and stay at the Teak Garden for a few days to really enjoy the hotel and the town.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room was in poor condition with broken doors poorly patched up doors into the bathroom, safe not working and a bed that was as hard as lying on concrete. The view was great from the balcony across the Mekong but that was the only good thing about this hotel room. There were a few other guests staying there at the same time as us but they left early because the noise from functions in their function room downstairs was extreme, and went on night after night until the early hours, Then the participants were allowed to go into other areas of the lower floor to continue the drunken behaviors without any intervention from staff. The other privately booked patrons all left early because nothing was done to control these people. We were the only ones left. Breakfast was determined by the choices made by the function groups, and is not the buffet breakfast the claim to provide and is not the breakfast we paid for as they describe. If you really feel the need to stay at this place you would be better going for a short walk along the river and having breakfast elsewhere because the breakfasts offered were poor and most of it was cold. The hotel also is reported to have a restaurant. True it does but they will only offered us a choice of 3 dishes that is the same as the function is offering to their participants. We had our order taken from these 3 dish menu only to then sit there for nearly an hour waiting for the food. The order was taken by the restaurant manager, but he chose to go to another table and sit with the hotel manager and drink beer and eat a huge bowl of chips. We are not sure if the order was even given to the kitchen staff, and when we asked what was going on there was no explanation, we were just asked to wait another 15 minutes. When we complained again it was magically there in about 5 minutes. We found other places to eat after that. The pool and the free use of hotel bicycles were pluses. The pool was well shaded from the sun, was clean and refreshing. There are bike tracks right outside the hotel along the river which are flat and easy to ride. Very few of the staff had any English, which is fine considering its Thailand, but even when you translated to Thai for them they were not helpful (particularly the management). They were solely focused on the groups in the functions and we felt very much like inconveniences in their way. I normally don't give reviews for a bad hotel but this place was exceptionally uncomfortable and poorly managed. In short we would never stay at this hotel again and suggest anyone that is considering this hotel look at one of the many other hotels that are nearby, and be assured any on the riverfront the same views of the river, with often better rates for their rooms and restaurants where they value your patronage.

The rooms are spacious, clean, with lots of furniture. Lots of usable space There is also a hair dryer. There is a built-in automatic water heater that adjusts the temperature, cannot be adjusted manually.

The resort has 4 rooms located on a hill facing the Mekong River. Causing the same view of Laos side from the balcony During my stay at the end of April The room is comfortable and the price is very good. There is a promotion to say the line. The price is very good. The opposite side of the resort is Laos, our neighboring country. Only the Mekong River is the border line between the two countries. From the location of the resort, you can see the beautiful sunset on the Mekong bank every season. On the organic orchard area. Various poisons in an area of more than 30 rai where you can experience fresh air all year round. Including being able to pick and taste organic fruits in every season The room for the night is a ”honeymoon suite” very wide, 53 square meters with an en-suite balcony. It is a single bed. appliances Amenity Kits The resort is fully equipped like a five-star hotel. Both toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bathtubs for people who like to soak in outdoor or showers are all available. This breakfast is eaten until full as well. During this period, there are few guests, the resort will be arranged as a set meal. Passed very quickly It is another trip that returns with an impression. Until I feel that one night may be a little short for a real escape of the hustle and bustle. With the perfect atmosphere with a beautiful and peaceful view The air is so cool and fresh that I hardly want to go back. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back next time. Definitely attractive.
