Balaram Palace Resort

Very Nice place to stay with Family!!! Food is Very Good specially the India Food. The location is very nice, and the property is very good!! Rooms & Bathrooms need more maintenance. But all in all a very pleasant place to stay.

Well ***icured lawns, tastefully appointed rooms and an attentive guest services staff, all go into making you feel like the old nawab of Palalanpur. The property is a well maintained and carefully restored heritage property that dates back to 1922. Nestled in the midst of a lush green forest with the Aravalli mountain range in the background, a river meanders around the property during the wet season. I was fortunate to have witnessed a beautiful sight of fish jumping in the waters. A quiet hamlet and a few temples are located close by. The sunrise from the lawns and the sunsets are just glorious. A great place to spot birds. In all it is a wonderful retreat to decompress from the hustle bustle of the city.

Rooms- take in new wing, preferred lower or upper., u can also have choice of tent tooms. Restaurant- only veg food, limited choice,but very nice taste, we had all Jain meals. Activity- nice and green gardens, they have indoor games. nice place to stay for relax. pool- is good little away from rooms. CYCLING, SWIMMING ETC. WI FI QUALITY IS BAD , SIGNAL PROBLEM. STAFF IS too good, at reception and at restaurant and over all.

Beautiful resort ! From the food to the ambience to the amazing staff everything is perfect . Truly a lovely place to stay. Add to the fact that it’s where you can relive moments of Sooryavansham movie. It really makes it the holiday destination

The name, Balaram Palace Resort, is deceiving. It was a palace of a small princely state but to a customer, it is big but does not feel like a palace. It has a large ground but I am not aware of any activities like horseback riding or games, musical perfor***ces or activities etc. Then, why call it a palace or a resort? The staff is good. They help in ***y ways, e.g. taking an elderly person in an electric vehicle to the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was good but I would not call the restaurant palatial. The property is on the bank of a river. Thus, one can take a walk to the river. The rooms are cold at night. They placed heaters in the room. In our room, the heater was short-circuited and caught fire. They repaired it but this caused disturbed sleep. One of the most important functions of a hotel is good sleep on a comfortable bed in a warm quiet room and a good bath. If a guest cannot sleep, the hotel should consider it and discount the price or somehow make the person happy. The staff are very nice but were probably not authorized to evaluate how happy the customer is. Since I cannot compare this to other hotels in Palanpoor, I would still recommend this hotel and give it an average rating.

We stayed at BALARAM PALACE RESORT with family between 24th and 26 th Dec. Very serene place for family. Well kept Rooms, nicely maintained Gardens & lawns , Staff like Mahesh, Roshan, Gopal and entire team take proper care of guests . Food served is nice enough. Place is super for families and couples
