I have been stay for 2 days at Horison hotel Lampung, you have great staff and good service since i comming until end,thanks for care my request, you give me more that im not expected before, i really thanks to the staff and all af you there, event only two days, that's give me great memories

I stayed on Radisson Hotel during a long holiday (14-16 Mei), so acces to entry, exit and parking was verry crowded. This is because hotel and shopping centre are incorporated in one area. For services, cleanlines, and amneities is berry good. Thank you radisson hotel

The resto has good team, making unexpected surprise to join in our family celebration, we ordered tenderloin and sirloin both are fantastic, well cooked and tasty. Thanks Pandan Resto team! If we visit Lampung again, surely will choose u to enjoy fine dining

I find every thing is amazing and also ifind a very high care and professional people they are take care of my room as Mr.choirul he was highly cooperate and when ever we need him we find him .I'm advice all who will visit bander lampung to have avery nice and beautiful time in Swiss-belhotel lampung where u can find the good and professional stuff.

The location was good. I booked 2 rooms. 1 deluxe double room with sea view. The room was spacious enough for 2 persons. The other one was a king room with sea and city view This room was very spacious. The aisle was rather hot in the afternoon. Breakfast was OK.

The pool and breakfast menu are great. The room is spacious and clean enough.

We reserved this hotel after a quick research and was further i***ressed when we checked in. The hotel was a bit dated but not tired and well maintained. The room's was just nice with a partial view of the Lampung Bay. Wifi was fast. We used the water heater for coffee and tea provided in the room and there was a cooler too which was great to chill our drinks. The bathroom was clean and fixtures were newly updated. The bed was excellent, comfortably hard for our old bones. The sheets were new and of good quality. Breakfast was the best with wide choices of both local and western. Delicious. Great coffee from the coffee machine. The F&B department did a great job..two thumbs up! As for the location, the hotel is located up on a hill overlooking the Lampung city and its beautiful bay. It's best if you have your own transportation. The restaurant has a 180 degrees view of the surrounding hills and the bay. Maybe the best view for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice-cream in Lampung! I would highly reccommend this hotel for a first timer in Lampung, never mind if the rate is little high but the value will be worth every rupiah you put out. The staffs were always friendly, attentive and ever ready to help. Great job Emersia!

Check in check out process quickly, clean rooms, affordable prices, the pool is very well maintained with white ceramic colors in the pool shg shimmering colors are beautiful under the big randu tree.
