We chose this hotel because it is still new and has a fairly large swimming pool, strategic location. When we arrived, we brought many hopes that the holiday with our children and extended family would be enjoyable. I ordered 4 rooms. All rooms have problems in the bathroom. The first day, all the showers including the jet shower on the toilet seat were all filled with hot water, as you can imagine, you couldn't take a shower. The second day, when we contacted room service, they fixed it, it turned out the hot water wasn't on so it was all cold water. We were really disappointed with the condition of the 4 rooms I ordered. When making the order, we called Santika asking for help connecting rooms because 1 room was for 2 children aged 5 and 9 years but when we arrived they said it was no longer available.
As for the employee service of the Santika Premiere class, it is below expectations. From the frontliner at the front to the receptionist. Sorry if my review is not good because this is the reality. Thank You
