The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

Kamar hotelnya udah lama, pintunya banyak yang macet kuncinya. Panggil teknisi disuruh tunggu tapi bolak balik nanya udah lama baru datang, gak aware dengan keluhan. Makanannya lumayan banyak variasi, rasanya ada yang enak ada yang soso, tapi pelayanan resto baik.
