Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.
A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.
Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put "quiet" sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise.
If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.

I feel like it's worth the price. The gasket in the shower room was broken and water was leaking. The location is good so I'm satisfied.
