Great stay at Casablanca Desaru. Clean rooms, excellent location, smooth check-in process and good amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway! I would definitely stay again :)

Desaru not a convenient place to book any grab to travel around, falls below my expectations. The service apartment where I stayed was very noisy above my level. Each night as if someone was running around the house n big steps of walking too disturbing my sleep throughout. When check with the management all they replied is the word unfortunate,what a disappointment. Tea spoon was rusty and bedsheet had dirty stain, see attached. Although it was quite cozy throughout my stay, it will be my first and last time visiting.

Hotel Casablanca Desaru facilities are good and satisfying for a family vacation. But the instructions to return the key and card are not too clear. Please provide more simple instructions. Tbanks

Unit very clean and scented with pleasant fragrance. Very good overview pool and breezy. Will book again when we in town.

From a scenic perspective, the balcony is absolutely wonderful. The living room is spacious with plenty of comfortable sofas, and there are many movies available on the TV. The dining table is also large, and the bedrooms are great too, with soft and comfy beds and good pillows.

I will say this unit is a excellent choice. There is also a great varieties of books for us to read. The Internet is OK. The Aircon is very cold. The water dispenser is very good. The coffee powder given is splendid. There is also washer and dryer included the washing powder overall is ready. Great experience. I will come back to this particular unit if it’s possible.
