To be honest, except for the location which is really close to the water park, everything else is inferior to the Wi***N hotel next door. And now there is an offer on the official website: buy a hotel and get a free water park ticket. Of course, the hotel price is also cheaper than yours. You trip doesn't even show any sign of that 😂

Honestly the hotel is ok. But for the price i think can be better. We need to walk to get to the beach and it is quite a distance. My bad for not knowing ni beforehand. But the staff also very lacking. We have to wait for the buggy but end up the buggy is not available because the driver is somehow not there.

A hotel suitable for families. It's convenient because it's connected to a water park, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. However, the dinner buffet is somewhat poor.

Welcome by a very cheerful and friendly gentleman at the check-in counter. Impressive with the bedlinen quality and there are varieties of pillow softness and height to choose from, this is especially important when traveling with kids. Asked for DND throughout our stay and requested extra amenities, response was quick despite the huge resort area and rooms they have. Easy access to the Adventure Waterpark from within the hotel. For beach access, just need to request a buggy from the concierge as the beach is located at Westin Hotel, within walking distance.

with little disappointment about the restaurant dining place, it’s hot， stuffy and muggy during the breakfast hour. Food few prep and long queue due to peak season.
The aircond in my room is not working well especially during this hot summer days.
During night time, the bar menu is very limited with little choices for liquor and beers, the sitting area fronting the live band from lobby is limited and stuffy. Open spaces in front the stage is halal, do not serve non halal beverages. I think it’s not a 4 star INTERNATIONAL hotel, it’s meant for international Muslim tourists to be true.
Will not visit again given the 4 star room rate, not worth for monies.

This hotel is good for family travel, as the room allow to stay for 4paxs if you take to twin bed. Although the hotel might not be near beach, but is still a nice place to be in.
