I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The facilities were quite good and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, although it looked a bit old and could benefit from some renovation.
One of the highlights was the complimentary movie service available in the room. The sound system was excellent, making it enjoyable to watch movies and relax after a long day.
The food quality was decent, but the variety of choices at breakfast and other meals was quite limited. It would be great to see more options offered in the future.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and entertainment, and I would consider staying here again.

Customer service is very efficient and prompt. Easier communication via whatsapp. Check in also very swift. Got a room with a nice view. Able to wake up in the morning watching the sun rise.

Short stay but would love to come back.
Check in process very swift eventho the was miscommunication on booking but all resolved quickly.
Parking no issue, plenty.
Breakfast long queue but moving very fast despite rain otherwise would be faster i believe.
Rooms to lobby or carpark can be a walk away.
Kids friendly, hard rock merchandise available for purchase.
There is cafe not just restaurant with live band.

The swimming pool facilities and kids’ play area could be improved, especially if they are available without additional charges. It would also be helpful if mosquito repellent were provided. In addition, the food prices were quite expensive. The breakfast selection also appears to be mostly spicy and may not be suitable for children.

It was a decent trip, except that the mattress seems dated. Didn't had a good sleep as mattress was sagging. For goodness sake, it's time to change.
