Food are jist average hotel around area cleaniess is Great amenities are still closed due to holidays graet freah sea air

second stay at this hotel. check in was smooth with the reception, no need for deposit. nice stay. weather was fine for beach day. continue with their clean pool. fast service from their room service when request for extra blanket. had dinner at the in house restaurant. service abit late but the food was great. breakfast spread was sufficient. but abit downside during check out as the staff was not paying attention when I was at the counter. I was contemplating whether need to ring the bell as i was standing just in front of her. another staff at the side noticed & take my keycard but no greeting whatsoever. tv was not working, wifi not so smooth but this was not really an issue as we were there for the beach.

To much leaking for both room I'm stayed. Need to tidy up 1st n need to remove all water ponding at balcony before us check in. Breakfast menu n the taste nit to delicious n need to improve.

Hotel was okay not worth the price paid honesty but the cleanliness is really bad hotel should change the whole maintenance team who will actually do the work . The moment I stepped into the room it was smelly more of like a urine smell I’m not sure if it’s the tiles or the drain even after cleaner cleaned still the same it was horrible . The staff are helpful.check in time was 3 which was too late Breakfast buffet was average. The highlight of my stay on 31 December 2023 was the new year fireworks by the beach it was wonderful.

I got the connecting room as I came with my 3 kids. The seaview room was the best view I got from my others vacation before. I am very surely will come back to this hotel. We ordered room service food for dinner. The food was really delicious & yummy. But if hotel management can prepare more variety menu for breakfast, I’m sure everyone will love it.

Stay during school holiday. This resort just one only on this area. Beach is clean and just nice view.

Basic hotel with nice seaview. Room is clean. Weak WiFi. Walking distance to beach. Beach is clean and not crowdy. Free parking.

Hotel is a bit far but the view is very nice. A very relaxing place for a short gateway

Good location good view. You can sit down by the beach and enjoy the wind.

Good amenities, friendly staff, near the beach and have pool on the ground level. The food is great and for the dinner, you can choose to dine at resort or a nearby dine in place. Owh, they have rabbits to it quite active in the evening.

Seaview was great. Facilities ideas are excellent but practicality could be improved, stray dogs might disturb certain people. Parking lot need to have better lighting at night. Food variety good. Good if can provide feet wash area to clean the sand before premise entrance from seaside

This is my second time staying here for vacation. My family really loves this place with spacious bathroom, comfy bed n pillows, beautiful view on the balcony, delicious and varied choice of food for breakfast and many more. Will come back here for another desaru vacation 🥰

the room is very beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are very satisfactory. the food served is delicious, worth the price. only the air conditioner in the room is not cold even though it is already open 16°c.😩

Came here again for a quite short holiday. Beach was great. The room was in okay condition. The seats at the balcony was not clean. But great price including breakfast for two people and various choice of delicious food.
