The hotel location is in the business areas so finding food is no problem, beach is around 5 mins drive. Everything is clean and comfortable, but breakfast is very very simple.

Location near to beach just 10min drive. Nearby eatery shops such as seafood, durian. Mall and wet Market also near just walk 5min.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for travellers going to Desaru. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a good experience and great value for money.

Nice and simple hotel budget for those short trips. Room clean and comfortable.. Staff very helpful and friendly at reception upon check in. Unfortunately cannot extend another night because fully booked on weekend. Sure will come back again.
