Very clean hotel and good amount of space, although we got N block on the corner side but the lobby and restaurant is not too far. So many pools and big theme park. Great choice for kids and families holiday as there are many kinds of activities suitable for all ages. Food was good too.

The elevator is really old and past its maintenance due date. It keeps breaking down. The first time I took it, it was shaking, which was a bit scary. Everything else was good, and the breakfast was tasty, but the environment was very hot.

The hotel's beachfront location is lovely, but the facilities are a bit dated, especially the old elevator. Parking is convenient. It's a good choice if you're traveling with kids, but maybe not ideal for adults looking for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

This was our second stay since 2015, and while the rooms are spacious, the resort now feels dated. I was particularly upset by the cleaning policy; our room had no "Do Not Disturb" signage provided, and housekeeping entered to clean while we were out for breakfast without our request.
As I prefer to secure my personal belongings before anyone enters, this lack of privacy was very uncomfortable. The resort has good beach access, but they must provide door tags and respect guest boundaries. A neutral experience overall compared to our first visit.

The hotel environment is nice and close to the beach. However, the facilities and hygiene are indeed quite poor. All the facilities are old, some are damaged, the pillow cores are moldy, the bedsheets have stains, and every corner of the room is worn out and not clean enough. There are no slippers provided in the room, which is quite inconvenient. The outdoor children's splash pad is pretty good, and the kids had a great time.

This was our family's second vacation here. The room's location was super convenient, right near the lobby. The breakfast was delicious, and dinner was great too! Plus, parking was free. A big thanks to all the staff for their hard work!
