The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by greenery, and offers a quiet, private beach. Rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with some featuring stunning sea views.
Service is excellent—staff are friendly, attentive, and efficient. The breakfast is diverse and good quality, though dining prices are a bit high.
The only downside is the remote location, with limited options outside the resort. Overall, perfect for a peaceful, luxurious stay.

GGuest UserNext to 4 points sheraton, suggest to stay here should drive or prepared to Grab. A 15min drive away from waterpark/ fruit farm. 1hour away from firefly park. Near supermarkt and nice cafe kedai kopi otai. But basically cos condo has no short cut or alternative entrance, u must walk out from the front and do a big detour by foot. Easier to drive out. Accommodation wise, yes, apartment block is away from carpark and no sheltered walkway, but is not far, u can drive to entrance first to unload then one person goes to carpark. But bring an umbrella in case. The kids loved the Mario brother theme, lego blocks and slide. Also free netflix. Responsive staff during working hours. But after working hours, expect a slight delay in responses. Cleanliness was ok, not amazing but ok. Bedsheets if just used newer ones will make a big difference on impression. Note a RM 200 deposit is required. Appreciate the hot and cold water dispenser provided. Amenities were great.

GGuest UserI will say this unit is a excellent choice. There is also a great varieties of books for us to read. The Internet is OK. The Aircon is very cold. The water dispenser is very good. The coffee powder given is splendid. There is also washer and dryer included the washing powder overall is ready. Great experience. I will come back to this particular unit if it’s possible.

CCalvin2224In the same style as the other Lotus Desaru, this one is much smaller in scale, and a lot friendlier and newer. The family accomodations for 4 are situated away from the seaward cluster and surround a small swimming pool.

AAinwanaThe facilities i can say is very good for a small hotel. Very proper system. Its just that the management might have to improve on checking the facilities. When i was there the hot water arent that hot and the entrance lamp in my room actually not working. Room 115 so management please take note on this. We paid for breakfast and they serve us maggi goreng on first day and nasi goreng on second day (need to check the quality too as for me its quite tasteless). Asal ada punya breakfast la I would say. There’s room for improvement!!

GGuest UserCheck in and check out really fast and smooth. Not many people checked in compared to my previous booking which took more than half an hour. The room is very spacious and I love the king bed and super single bed. More than enough for me, husband and 2 daughters. The bathroom is spacious too. I love everything in the room esp the seaview balcony The food for room dining also very reasonable. The breakfast is just average. Quite limited choices and RM55/pax for breakfast is not really worth it since limited choices. Better to order from menu. Ample parking (open and covered parking). Overall, I had a great stay and definitely will return
I was unlucky during my stay since the we couldn't swim in the sea due to strong wave. But the swimming pool is more than enough.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is great, there's a cafe, lots of facilities to enjoy, and the location is excellent. It only takes 10 minutes to walk down to seafood restaurants! It's also very close to Desaru Beach.
Pros: The environment is perfect for relaxing, with darts, a swimming pool, table tennis, and a lake where you can unwind. There's food available, the fridge is spacious, and parking is free.
Cons: The soundproofing is poor. It was very noisy at night with people singing. I was also worried about privacy in the shower (we were lucky to be on an upper floor). The blinds don't cover the entire room, and the glass isn't treated, making it easy to see in from outside (we had to use towels and chairs to cover it up, which was quite a hassle). The air conditioning takes a long time to cool down, the room is damp, and a bit old (there was some moss).
Hope for improvements.

GGuest UserThe staying experience and cleanliness were good. However, I was unable to connect to the WiFi throughout my stay. I contacted the person in charge, but they were unable to provide a timely solution. Due to the lack of internet connectivity, I missed important information related to my class. By the time my class ended, the person in charge only replied that we had tried but still unable to resolve the WiFi issue till we check out time. Inside the room, my Maxis also no connection, unable to use hotspot at all.

JJim AzimI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for travellers going to Desaru. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a good experience and great value for money.

PpearlynCHad a little issue with checking in but was resolved so overall is still okay. The exterior looks a bit rundown, but given the price, I can't expect much. Value for money if staying with a huge family. The interior is pretty decent, but will be better if the rooms have TVs as well...
