Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was a significant downside to our stay. For a hotel of this standard, the breakfast offering was shockingly poor.

I wasn't expecting much as this was only a cheap booking for a few nights as we prepared to move back to the UK. On arrival the reception staff were totally disinterested as I struggled with the door and a number of suitcases. Don't be swayed to choose this hotel because breakfast is included, this was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. There was a choice of shriveled potato wedges, cold rice or cold noodles. Bread was available to make your own toast. There appears to be a problem with the hotel's plumbing system as the pipework continually makes noise. Talking of noise, I was also not impressed with the cleaner who was sat in the lobby outside our room playing something on her phone extremely loudly.

Room is clean but still can improve, breakfast is simple. Swimming water is dirty & gym need a big upgrade equipment get rusty.

Just got back from my vacation in Brunei, and it was so wonderful! This unassuming country is full of surprises.
The most unforgettable place was the Sultan Omir Ali Saifuddin Mosque; its white walls and golden domes reflected on the lake, creating a fairytale-like scene at dusk. We also took a water taxi ride through the historic floating villages of Kampong Ayer, enjoying the cool sea breeze – it was incredibly relaxing.
Brunei has a slow pace of life, the locals are super friendly, and the overall atmosphere is safe and therapeutic. This relaxing and unique off-the-beaten-path trip was absolutely perfect!

The room was decent, just a bit damp and slightly unclean during cleaning. Overall, however, the location was good, and there aren't many hotels to choose from in Brunei.

ブルネイに来たらいつもここを利用しています。空港から車で約20分とアクセスがよいと思います。
基本的に車がないと移動は難しいと思います。
Mallが隣接しているのでご飯には困りません。
今回は部屋のシャワーが故障してお湯が出なかったので★を下げています。
スタッフの方は親切でした。
