This hotel is highly recommended. All the employees are very friendly, starting from security, receptionists and other employees, they really like it. And the guests felt like they were queened😍 the security at the front of the lobby was alert so when the guests arrived they already stayed there and we felt welcomed and helped with carrying things to the room. This hotel is clean, the swimming pool is okay, the breakfast menu is varied, the only thing that is lacking is one piece of lighting in the room, please add more so that the feel of the room at night looks fresh because if you have children whose hobby is dancing, you won't feel comfortable if the atmosphere in the room is not bright enough. That's all, over all it's really ok. Next time I want to come here again

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.

2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.

Good for me to stay near the city center. Good service from the front desk staffs to keep my belongings secure before and after check in and out. Fast check in and out without any harassment. Recommend to stay if you plan to walk around the city. Provide the free parking areas for cars and motorcycles with security guard.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. The security guard didn't smile. The bathroom mat didn't absorb water so what's the point of having a mat. Ordering Grabfood had to be done by myself, the staff was lazy. There was no window in the room I booked. The hotel is new but not everything looks new. The funniest thing is that asking for an iron for 4 clothes costs 30 thousand (just the ironing).

The hotel is not far from the exit of the stone plantation, and it's on the business road, a bit bumpy, the same way, but it's easy to find. To Transtudio Bandung is also not far away, just the cycle of the road is a bit tight because there are two columns in one direction, but leading the same direction. Hotel condition is good, service is ok, staff are friendly. The room is a bit narrow for the twin, the bathroom is also very small. But the room condition is clean, there is a power hose (coffee and tea), room slippers, and safe. Clear TV channel, many channels, cold AC, bathroom exhaust on continuously. The room wall is a bit dirty too. For food, they say in some good reviews, but they're average, the menu is less varied, the chicken roast, the chicken stew is adequate, for the buffet food is fast to run out and refill a bit long, there are also cookies, bread, nuts, omelet, waffle, cereal, and juice drinks. The pool was really small, and when there the water was very green, I don't know why, the staff said it was because it was hot in the sun (can't ya??). For children above 5th, breakfast is charged 80rb (but the children can eat a lot, huh??!! It's a shame if that's true, anyway, in the hotel policy on the application there is no such rules. Jd, I feel a little bit of being damaged too (my kid is newly 8th and doesn't eat much)). The second day I was still sitting there, the food was getting less varied, for bread, the first day there was butter, the second day there was only butter. So please fix the menu, the facilities are clean for the pool and the hotel policy must be listed for a clear explanation for the customers.
