The receptionist was very nice, the room was clean, close to Braga, stayed here for 3 nights, the room was always cleaned every morning, the downside is that there are many other noisy rooms so sometimes it disturbs my sleep, but so far it's very comfortable, I will stay here again if I go to Bandung

The place is clean, the heater works well, the receptionist and security are friendly and help arrange vehicle parking.

For the location is ok strategic with the city center, what's more with the room ok complete facilities and cleanliness ok steady. Only 1 bad bad information service especially the male receptionist his attitude is not polite. Why do I say not polite. Incidentally I took 2 nights check in there because there was work. The first minimal information when I was out on the second day back from work back to the hotel the room was neat and clean all done by the hotel. There we were surprised the condition of the room was neat etc. When I confirmed with the hotel there they said it was hotel procedure, yes I understand if it is indeed hotel procedure but should have been asked again whether the guest is willing to have the room cleaned or not? Honestly I don't mind but if the situation is when we are there. This is different when we are not there. We were out all day outside, imagine coming home the room is clean etc. It's really surprising. It means it's very impudent with our privacy. Yes even though there are no missing items. The second problem is the water is dirty black from morning until we checked out. When we complained, the hotel was repairing the water pump. But this really bothered us. Imagine waking up in the morning with dirty black water. There, the hotel just waited and waited, it would be back to normal, but until when? I complained 3 times before the hotel brought a technician to the room to fix the water for 1 hour. After the water repair was finished, it was already 11 am, finally I asked the hotel for a policy, I asked for time not to check out at the time limit. Because why was our time being troubled by the very long dirty water damage. The point is, I will not check in there again. The point is, I am disappointed with the service with the information, especially the male receptionist who asked to make a fuss, thank you

The location is good, unfortunately when I got there the lift was dead but the service was quickly repaired and the security guard was very kind. I forgot my wallet in the car and kept it. Thank you 🙏 Kind security guard ❤💞
