Overall the hotel service and facilities was excellent, but whirlpool is not that warm enough and also the Location of the hotel is very good, near exit tol pasteur but you need to consider that area is very busy and always have a traffic jam at certain times

The Family Room for 3 adults was spacious & clean. Breakfast had a huge variety of food to choose from such that even ice-cream with toppings & candy floss were available plus Jamu drinks. Everyday there are changes in the menu & they're delicious.

Family suite is big with 2 queen beds. However the toilet is small with frosted glass. No privacy! your kids can see what you are doing in the toilet. Please do something about it.

The room is good, but the restaurant service is bad. I ordered 2 menus, 1 has served and we wait more than 10mins until they said the menu has sold out. Why they just tell us earlier that the ordered menu was unavailable any more, why they just made us wait couple of times after the first order had served

Service of the staff at reception and breakfast were excellent. Pool is okay but they need to put flor mats or anti slip mat around the lifts area. Kids with wet bathing suits made the floor wet and it could be hazardous to elderly if they slip. Lifts need upgrading. Other than that evwrything else is good. Beds and bathroom was comfortable and clean.

Overall the hotel was great, nice buffet and clean hotel at best location. Only problem was the windows were too poorly built that the traffic noice from the road had disturbed us all the night. If the windows could be repaired or replaced with sound proof quality, it would be perfect. Anyhow, we moved to other room with no noise but a poor view and small size room for the other 2 nights.

Good location, however the bed is a little hard for me. Room is clean and breakfast is quite tasty. There is indomie and curry in the menu. Overall 8/10

Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed linens and towel need cleaning thoroughly or change new ones. Masseur at the spa is very experienced, great thanks to Dewina.
