The hotel is nice, and very clean. The bathroom is very clean. AC and wifi are okay...the breakfast menu is delicious and very complete. The staff is also friendly...

The room is very exquisite and pays attention to details. The front desk speaks English fluently and the service is considerate. The decoration is exquisite and high quality. I will come back next time.
The female supervisor at the front desk helped us arrange a trip to see the volcanic lake, which was very worthwhile.

Transportation is convenient as it is located in downtown Bandung. I requested an extra bed in a double room and 3 people (with a friend) used it. The staff were friendly and spoke English, so there was no inconvenience. The overall facilities are clean and the beds are comfortable. The room is not spacious, so it is similar to or slightly smaller than a residence hotel in Korea. I was also satisfied with the breakfast. I made a reservation through trip.com and I think it is good value for money. Thank you for the hotel and recommend it.
