Been staying here since 2017, never fails. Prime location, clean, and superb service.

Good location & service. Next, try providing/more hair dryer units so you don't share them with other guests

A hotel with a strategic location that is suitable for a short holiday in Bandung. Friendly staff and satisfactory service. I occupy a room on the 1st floor and in my opinion it seems that the furniture, namely the front desk of the TV, needs to be 'upgraded'.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very clean but there are cockroaches on the floor and the signal is poor even though the location is in the city and the wifi is too slow for this price. Only 200kb speed and the food is delivered very late, which is not too late, but If it didn’t ask for it over the phone and it didn’t give food, please improve the quality of the wireless network. It is also the cleanliness of cockroaches and food. You shouldn’t have it, because you said you would wait for it at 8 o’clock instead of when you didn’t come to the end. Have to ask for food

Early arrived at 11 o'clock even though I had called the hotel, but the room was not clean, for breakfast it said until 10 o'clock but I went to the food restaurant it had been cleaned, please fix it in terms of service and cleanliness
