Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly. Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request. Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels. Kudos for All the Staffs.

Hi.. Julia if you still remember us . sorry for my late review .We're from netherland and it's our first time stay in this hotel i booked the room from agoda. From the moment we were checked in by Ms Julia we had a most memorable stay until we checked out. also she checked on us in every occasions to see if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. she is one of the professional person , friendly and very good sense of humor and always smiles. About hotel having very great pool with nature view, full of mirror in every where, the breakfast is also good . keep up the great job julia ! The breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

It was a pleasure to stay here! The hotel is really located in the Bandung city centre. We got a room with a very good view of the city, we can see Gazibu and Gedung Sate from our room. Excellent services! Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The staff will ask if you need the additional amenities, appreciate it! 
The bed was ,,queen-size'' but very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly, I can even work comfortably from the hotel with a good view of the city. The hotel has a mini playground for kid also! 
I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.👍 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate cake!

first time we are staying in this hotel. but, really - really nice. verry good room and facilities and food as well. please improve the swimming pool or you can add mini zoo. i believe most of guest bringing they are kids to staycation.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. I congratulate you on the appropriate and good education. We had a lot of fun during our stay. I hope these successes will continue. Good luck

Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage surpassed my expectations with its enchanting golf view and impeccable service. The hotel is new, modern & nice. The drawbacks according to my experience: 1. The hot shower can suddenly be cold then hot again & cold again, also the water flow is small. 2. The swimming pool is 1.5m deep so it is difficult for children to swim, it is too deep. Also the size of the pool is not too big, with the number of visitors swimming, the pool is very full. It is not comfortable to swim. 3. Facilities are lacking if just for a staycation.

The hotel very in good conditions in the middle on pandemic. Great social distancing. We've got surprise fr the hotel becouse we are in the honeymoon occasion. Our room fill with decor and we've got doll bear and slice cake. Very surprisingly. Thanks GH Universal Hotel
