ECV This place rates 100 percent in the chill factor scale. It’s so peaceful and private most of the time with landscaped surroundings and horses in corrals. You could imagine yourself on some sort of retreat. Yet it’s all here: comfy accomodation and a good-vibe communal kitchen with large fridge, large quality gas stove, huge stainless steel sinks and all the utensils for gourmet preparation, not to mention the Jura espresso coffee machine. (Many cabins have their own kitchen facilities anyway.) Boss girl Fiona is a dynamo, always running around and quick to attend to your every need. Can’t wait to get back.

We had 3 peaceful days in this wonderfully equipped cottage. The only thing I did find daunting was no electric kettle but we soon got use to using the gas hob with matches. We had difficulty buying more matches in a single box! I loved the quiet garden, especially seeing the Bobtail Lizard while I was hanging out our washing. He must have come from underneath the cottage.

Wow. What an incredible oasis. Stunning in every way. Particularly loved the privacy and the chic interior details of our studio. The new communal kitchen was beautifully appointed and allowed us to prepare food if we felt like staying in. Great coffee machine and access to unlimited filtered water. The free bikes were great for local exploring and we had fun playing ping pong and watching the beautiful horses. Fi and Matt were super attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thank-you ECV. You were exactly what we needed!! X

Cute on the outside but… Inward sloping walls and a huge bed means you hit your head rego if you are over 150cm. A tiny 250ml bottle of sparkling water for 2 people. No filtered water apart from a tiny jug in the fridge. NO TOILET door. The bathroom is completely open to the rest of the area. Shower splashes everywhere and polished concrete like glass. Mirror on opposite wall to sink so not conducive to a man wet shaving. Quiet location.

Have stayed here 3 times now and honestly, I want to live there! Excellent communication, beautiful presented property with all that you need for your stay. Check out the photos, it is instagram worthy. Will definitely be back. Thanks ECV.

We stayed 16 nights in Twin Shack #10 over xmas and new year and absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. Oops yes I am late in writing this review. It was our first time in #10 as we previously stayed in shack #7. The key differences we found between the 2 were. #10 has a second bedroom with 2 single beds in it, which we found useful for storing our belongings and the extra hanging space in the bedroom cupboard. #10 doesn’t have a TV in the bedroom where #7 did. #10 had a smaller fridge than #7 which we missed being over the xmas & NY period. #10 we found to be quieter than #7 because of its location. Since we were there last, they have a communal kitchen area that has an automatic coffee machine in it, and you can cook up a storm in there if you choose to [see photos]. There is a baby A frame laundry building that has a washing machine, irons etc which we used this time around and the property now has a gate across the entrance that you need to enter a pin to enter onto the property. We were left plenty of linen for the duration of our stay. We had a friendly goanna that came to visit us out the front most days, we named him Bob! [how original] 😉 Anyhow absolutely no gripes here it was like a home away from home for us again and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt so relaxed by the time we left. The surrounds here are so peaceful. Esperance was very windy the whole time we were there. ECV has the most amazing owner Fiona, she is bubbly, kind and considerate and most of all an excellent host. Thank You for everything you did for us before and during our stay Fiona you are truly wonderful.

The Village is about a 10 minute drive to Esperance, sitting on the edge of "outer" suburbia. But its well off the main road in a secluded bush setting sitting on the banks of a small creek. There is a Brewery nearby as well as a supermarket, Fish and Chips shop (which is very good), Petrol station and a selection of small shops. There are no facilities inside the village except for recreational activities all of which are free to use. We stayed in a King Shack, which we think is a better choice than the A Frame chalets. Our chalet is well described as a shack, although inside its large and very well decorated providing a touch of luxury. An up market bathroom and bedroom supported by a large dining/living area and compact kitchen. There isn't much furniture in the main part of the shack meaning that you need to head to the bedroom to watch TV or sit outside to relax. But there are 2 nice outdoor seats on the patio that look our over bush and a large expanse of green grass. And given children aren't allowed in the village, it means there is a very nice peaceful setting to sit and relax. ECV isn't cheap, but it is well located and maintained, offering accommodation which is a bit different with a touch of luxury.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights in November in the Large Chalet. Great location with plenty of potential to develop and and highlight the pure beauty of the area. Super easy self check in and good communication prior to arrival. Unfortunately it was raining for the two nights we stayed there, however the chalet village provided a warm, cosy and functional accommodation. Structurally, the chalet provided good shelter from the storm however we did spot a small leak in the kitchen window, but nothing too serious. Chalet was very clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities for us to use during our stay., however free wifi was below average. On our first day we booked a Pilates class with Lisa from Body Pulse Pilarties, hosted on site. We would highly reccommend booking a class with her. Both thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and would highly reccommend staying here with your partner or friend.

Thankful I booked this beautiful spot. The owners have done alot to make this a beautiful relaxing adult only accommodation spot in Esperance. We had one of the older studio chalets which we were extremely happy with. I would def book this when we visit again.
