Believe me, don’t stay here. This is a fake five-diamond hotel. It’s not as good as the 50-per-day small hotel next to the domestic train station. The smell in the room is very turbid, and the corridor is filled with the smell of sewer feces. It is really the worst place I have ever stayed in. In the hotel, the whole family started itching in the middle of the night. I found a lot of little bugs crawling on the quilt on the bed. When I woke up the next day, everyone had several bugs on them. The front desk doesn't speak English, only Thai. The service is also very poor, because it is cheap and only Chinese cheap tour groups stay here. If you don't believe me, you can stay here. It’s really amazing! ! !

The hotel is clean. Fresh renovation in the bathroom. There is everything you need: a refrigerator, air conditioning, a balcony, a comfortable bed, TV, a kettle, a hairdryer.... Good food, there is a vegetarian menu, fruit, coffee, tea, sugar... The staff is attentive and responds quickly to requests. I will recommend this hotel to a friend.

Me and my partner are at the cotai luxury design hotel, in Bangkok. We have paid for two rooms, upon arrival they asked us to move into the same room, they then proceeded to put someone else in Ryan’s room. We do not get a choice of food, we have told them multiple times that we don’t eat seafood however they keep bringing our food with seafood in. We order have been ordering take always due to this, adding to our cost. However they let it go cold and then bring it up, it takes half an hour from it being delivered to the hotel for them to bring it up to us. They will not let us speak to the manager. We are so hungry and so tired we have to eat at specific times and If we miss that slot then we don’t get to eat. also wifi is practically unusable
