5 étoiles pour Lucie et Lisa, deux rayons de soleil! Très à l'écoute, toujours souriante peu importe l'heure. De bonne humeur, toujours prête pour nous satisfaire et organiser des activités. Grace à elle, nous n'avons pas vu le temps passé. Merci à elles pour les petites attentions faites durant notre séjour ❤️ Concernant les points positifs - chambre très spacieuse avec climatisation. - grande piscine de 120m de long( mais fond très sale) - plage magnifique, isolée - Nourriture thaïlandaise très bonne - Francesca, la chef italienne !!! Un régal ses pâtes elle m'a régalé pendant le séjour - mobilier très beau Concernant le négatif - serviettes de plages usées ou même trouées - ménage de la chambre vite fait, sable, miroir non faits. - piscine non nettoyées au fond algues et sables plusieurs jets ne fonctionnent pas jacuzzi - douche de plages usées, délabrées avec une douchette non fonctionnelle - un seul restaurant et bar de plage - manque de cocktail sur la carte - hôtel très isolé à deux heures de Phuket. - douche de chambre aucune pression dans la douche. - club BRAVO, musique très forte et pas assez variée juste des musiques italiennes. Manque de diversité Nous sommes venus pour notre voyage de noces mais AUCUNE attention n'a était faite pour nous par l'hôtel. Nous rentrons d'un sejour de 15 jours en Thailande à l'hotel MENARA5. Quelle ne fut pas notre déception dès le hall de l'hotel qui n'a rien d'un étoiles. Nous avons des éléments de comparaison car nous avons l'habitude de voyager et il s'agissait là de notre 3ème séjour dans ce pays. Deux points positifs: la grandeur des chambres et l'animation Coralia par deux jeunes femmes charmantes Lucie et Lisa qui étaient vraiment à notre écoute et proposaient de nombreuses activités et sorties. Sans leur bonne humeur et leur entrain notre séjour aurait été bien décevant. En ce qui concerne les points négatifs: 1- vous nous annoncez 3 restaurants et 3 bars. Il n'y a qu'un seul self service et un petit bar de plage. 2- la piscine bien que grande n'est pas entretenue, le sol est plein de sable et d'algues. 3- la moitié des buses du jacussy ne fonctionnent pas, ainsi que celles qui sont au début de la piscine autour du banc. 4- les serviettes de plage et de toilettes sont usées jusqu'à la trame et parfois même trouées. 5- le ménage dans les chambres est très loin d'être au top, les lits sont faits c'est tout. PAs de savon et autres accessoires de toilettes remplacés voir fournis. 6- la connection WIFI est très aléatoire, avec des coupures fréquentes. 7-tout est fait pour les Italiens, une cuisinière spécialisée dans les pates en permanence, peinture représentant VEnise sur les mursdu self service et surtout l'animation du club BRAVO qui fait hurler de la musique italienne toute la journée. On a bien compris qu'il y avait une predominance du club Bravo sur les autres animateurs. 8- l'accès à la plage se fait par un tas de sacs de sable alors qu'un escalier de 3 marches en bois avec une petite rampe ne serait rien à faire et faciliterait les personnes se deplacant avec difficulté. 9- l'hotel est loin de tout En bref hotel à déconseiller.
