Complexe hôtelier magnifique ou rien n’ai à redire c’est un vrai petit paradis on l’on peux y séjourner les yeux fermés tout est au topppppppppp !
Tant sur les infrastructures que sur la nourriture qui est excellente et les chambres d’accès piscine c’est méga toppppp …
La lieu est juste splendide bon séjour à tous, j’ai hâte d’y retourner franchement…

看到酒店娛樂設施齊全，海景美麗，於是定下酒店。後來看到很多評論説服務不好，心中忐忑。到了酒店，一位會説中文的服務員，服務周到，打消了我的顧慮。到房間安頓好以後，正準備去海邊，接到前台電話，説孩子要收附加費。我説好的，知道的。對方告知我每天1500株，叫我立即下去付款。態度讓我很不爽。check in時候把所有人的護照都做了登記，包括孩子的。而且是用信用卡做了按金擔保。當場沒有讓付款，以為是check out時候付款，這種操作也很常規。等我到了房間安頓好又要求我立馬去付款，對客人很不尊重。另外孩子的價格也不對，明明寫着加餐375株/天，加餐加床1500株/天。也就是是客人可以選擇衹加餐不加床或者加餐加床。我們選擇衹加餐。而且我本來備註儘量大床，給我的是雙床，這個我也沒法抱怨，因為本來就不算保障大床。既然已經有2張床，而且那個房間根本放不下第三張床，當然選擇衹加餐。然而，總枱電話那頭強硬得很，説，衹能加餐加床。所謂第三人使用費。泰國很多酒店的確有第三人使用費的做法，收取固定費用。但不是所有酒店都是這個做法，這家在網站的描述，有加餐以及加床加餐兩種選擇，顯然不適用統一收費的第三人使用費。我讓對方跟攜程確認，我自己也跟攜程再確認。過了不到10分鐘，又打電話來催我，説跟攜程確認了，就是要收1500株/天。我這邊明明還在等攜程回覆，她那邊就急吼吼強制我付款。過了又不過5分鐘，電話又來了。而且態度非常奇葩，不等我説完，就打斷我。還不斷説 you need…，我不知道是對方英文實在太差，不會表達還是真是遇到奇葩了，這樣不尊重客人。我已經徹底給激怒，跟他們説不要再給我電話，我跟攜程聯繫。我跟攜程表示：一.既然網站白紙黑字寫着375株/天加餐，就按照這個，一分不會多給。二.這麼差服務，要求對方道歉。攜程還是很給力，聽了事情原委，表示對方的確處理方式太過分。最後付款了375株/天，酒店經理打電話致歉。説員工服務水平不一致，冒犯了。今後會加強培訓管理。
客觀地説，環境還是不錯的，海灘很漂亮。評論裏説的沙灘椅少的情況，的確如此。但是工作人員態度熱情，會幫忙找。餐飲超過我的預期，一看是烏泱烏泱的大餐廳，環境也不精緻，估摸着早餐不行結果出乎意料，真心不錯，品種多而且口味不錯。
服務方面，除了那個莫名其妙的總枱，其他人還不錯。check in時候的小姐姐，沙灘區域，健身區域的工作人員都很熱情。

Отдыхаем в отеле второй год. После заезда решили изменить свои планы и остались в отеле ещё на неделю в начале декабря, тем более трип предлагал адекватную цену в 7500 руб за номер. Просторные и комфортные номера, зелёная ухоженная территория, обильный завтрак до 11 часов. Прекрасный пляж с большим количеством лежаков. Если уйти чуть левее по берегу, то попадёте на бездюдный пустынный пляж. Прекрасные рассветы и закаты.
