Both in terms of infrastructure and the food which is excellent and the swimming pool access rooms are mega toppppp… The place is just splendid, have a good stay everyone, I can’t wait to go back…

Seeing that the hotel has complete entertainment facilities and beautiful sea views, I made a reservation for the hotel. Later, I saw many comments saying that the service was not good, and I felt uneasy. When I arrived at the hotel, a waiter who could speak Chinese provided attentive service and dispelled my concerns. After settling in the room, I was about to go to the beach when I received a call from the front desk saying that there would be a surcharge for children. I said yes, I know. The other party told me that it was 1,500 plants per day and asked me to go down and pay immediately. The attitude pisses me off. When checking in, everyone's passports are registered, including the children's. And the deposit was guaranteed with a credit card. I was not asked to pay on the spot, thinking I would pay when I checked out. This kind of operation is also very common. When I got to the room and settled down, they asked me to pay immediately, which was very disrespectful to the guests. In addition, the price for children is also wrong. It clearly states that extra meals are 375 plants/day, and extra meals and beds are 1,500 plants/day. That is to say, guests can choose to add only meals and no extra beds, or add meals and extra beds. We chose to just add meals. And I originally made a note that the bed should be as big as possible, but I was given a twin bed. I can't complain about this, because it doesn't count as a guaranteed big bed. Since there were already 2 beds, and there was no room for a third bed in that room, of course I chose to only add meals. However, the person on the other end of the phone at the reception desk was very tough and said that we could only add meals and extra beds. The so-called third party usage fee. Many hotels in Thailand do have a third-party usage fee, which charges a fixed fee. But not all hotels do this. According to the description on this hotel’s website, there are two options: extra meals and extra beds and meals. Obviously, the flat third-person usage fee does not apply. I asked the other party to confirm with Ctrip, and I also confirmed with Ctrip myself. Less than 10 minutes later, I called again to urge me, saying that I had confirmed with Ctrip that I would receive 1,500 plants/day. I was obviously still waiting for Ctrip's reply, but she was hurriedly forcing me to pay. Less than 5 minutes later, the call came again. And his attitude was very strange. He interrupted me before I could finish speaking. He kept saying "you need...". I don't know if the other person's English is too poor and he can't express himself, or if he just encountered something strange. This is disrespectful to the guests. I was completely irritated and told them not to call me again and I would contact Ctrip. I told Ctrip: 1. Since the website says in black and white that 375 plants/day plus meals, just follow this and not a single extra point will be given. 2. For such poor service, I demand an apology from the other party. Ctrip was still very helpful. After hearing the whole story, they said that the other party's handling of the matter was indeed too much. In the end, I paid 375 plants/day, and the hotel manager called to apologize. It's offensive to say that the service level of the staff is inconsistent. Training management will be strengthened in the future. Objectively speaking, the environment is good and the beach is beautiful. What the reviews say about the lack of beach chairs is indeed true. But the staff is enthusiastic and will help you find it. The catering exceeded my expectations. It was a large restaurant in Wuyang Wuyang, and the environment was not exquisite. I thought the breakfast was not good, but the result was unexpected. It was really good, with many varieties and good taste. In terms of service, except for the inexplicable front desk, everyone else is pretty good. The young lady at check-in, the staff at the beach area, and the fitness area were all very welcoming.

This is our second year staying at the hotel. After checking in, we decided to change our plans and stayed at the hotel for another week in early December, especially since the trip offered an adequate price of 7,500 rubles per room. Spacious and comfortable rooms, green, well-kept area, rich breakfast until 11 o'clock. Lovely beach with plenty of sunbeds. If you go a little to the left along the shore, you will find yourself on a deserted beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The hotel is calm and shady, suitable for relaxing... The breakfast is diverse and delicious... All the staff are smiling and providing very good service.
