Ok Home Airport

I booked online and the sockets in the room I was checked into were loose on the walls. I made it known at reception and maintainence visited the room to check then I was moved to a new room. The light over the bed in the second room didn't work as it was missing a bulb which has since been replaced. The garden & pool is lovely however it needs steps for ease and safety. The breakfast wasn't for me but the dining room was busy. A little disappointing that house keeping didn't check my room on any of the three days I was staying.

The hotel is very basic but affordable, and it’s conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus. It’s also handy to plenty of street food stalls and there’s a 7-Eleven nearby, which makes grabbing snacks or quick meals really easy. The staff were definitely the highlight of my stay – they were friendly, helpful, and even carried my suitcase upstairs since there’s no elevator. When I mentioned that my bed hadn’t been changed (it was covered in black hair), the front desk was genuinely shocked and immediately sent someone up to replace the bedding with a smile. That said, there were several issues. The fridge was mouldy, the toilet leaked all night, the room was very noisy, and the bed was unhygienic on arrival. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, though you can find some in the lobby. The free breakfast was actually lovely, and once it was changed, the bed – though very hard – was surprisingly comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It was the main reason I booked, but when I got there it was slimy and turning green, which made it unusable. Overall, a cheap option with great staff and a convenient location near the airport, food stalls, and shops — but the cleanliness and maintenance really need improvement.

Could not belive how rude the staff were . The man was rude to me when i checked in and put me in a bad mood . When i checked out a different man was argueing with someone and was rude to me also . Cannot believe how rude they were . Never experienced anything like this in any hotel before

Great value stay right by BKK Suvarnabhum Airport with a 7/11 right there and many options nearby to eat

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

The night man reception is VERY RUDE. He doesn’t know how to talk politely. To the owner and manager, please teach him hospitality. He doesn’t know it.

Good, have breakfast, 7:00-10:00, no 24hours front desk, if you come later, self-live in, no matter.
