Very misleading photographs on trip.com. Front of hotel faces onto derelict buildings and rubble, situated between empty/derelict businesses and dwellings.
Staff were friendly enough on arrival. Was shown to my ‘superior’ room which upon entering the curtains were closed and there was a smell of stale urine!
There were holes in the duvet, something brown smeared on the wall. The flip flops left for residents use were dirty. The fridge was mucky with hair in the top with mucky front door.
I was advised to keep my door locked and use the chain too. As a single woman needing something close to the airport I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
The picture on the web site is not anything like I was given. I had to check into another hotel straight away.

飛機半夜到，訂了酒店，想入睡，對面開始打掃衞生，吸塵器，我們有時差嗎？非要半夜清潔地板。
旅館人很少，幾乎沒有人，地理位置很少，像是廢棄的工廠，一路開進去，沒有路燈，請膽子大的，捂着腰子進去吧！
要退房，店鋪迴應已經住進去了，不能退，不住進去，能聽到打掃房間嗎？
這個價格在附近可以定很好的房子了，規勸大家……

Great hotel for the price. At the time of writing this review it was 600 baht (£15). Room was clean and tidy. 2 towels each, soap and shampoo (tooth brush and toothpaste available at reception for additional charge) onsite restaurant served fresh good food (400 baht for two people). Small pool onsite. Reception were very helpful and good English. Shuttle to airport was 120 baht for 2 people. (Charged by the room so I think also 120 baht for 1). 7 minutes from hotel to airport at 08:30 on a Tuesday morning). Very little noise from airport (nothing if you closed the windows). £15 - you cannot complain about anything. Kettle and coffee in the room as well.

酒店距離機場有6-7公里吧，還算不遠，用酒店有償接送方便，我半夜到打滴滴花了48元人民幣左右。
酒店性價比很高，110元還送了泰國網絡＋電話費，不過僅限移動。
房間乾淨整潔，前台通宵服務，比較放心，是素萬那普機場周邊比較好的酒店

May be cuz it’s close to airport, the surrounding area is a bit dark and isolated . They arrange pick up and drop off for 150 baht which is fair . Local taxi charge more cuz we are just tourist even if you book the app so may be arrange with hotel for pick up before hand

凌晨到的，因為下午三點要飛往印尼，完美的過渡酒店，凌晨到達後，工作人員依舊熱情，幫忙搬箱子，房間也挺乾淨的，主要我用了移動的卷才十幾塊，要什麼自行車，安靜舒適
