Two students were severely discriminated and bullied in this hotel! There are many ants and lizards and geckos in the room.And a giant lizard under the swimming pool.The light in the room is a broken.The hair dryer is broken, The toilet is broken.Everything is a disaster. My friend and I are just college students from Shanghai, We saved pocket money for a long time and booked this hotel on Ctrip.We used grab when we arrived in Bangkok.We copied the address of the hotel directly from Ctrip app.But unfortunately, we couldn't find the correct address of the hotel on grab. We kept the evidence for the first time.We wasted more than an hour with the driver on the expressway in Bangkok before arriving at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I reflected this problem with the front desk, but the reply is a world"so?" We ended the conversation because we didn't want to leave bad memories.then the hotel staff took us to a big bed room, but we booked a twin bed room on Ctrip.I reflected this problem with staff in a good attitude, and they began whisper with each other in Thai.Although I don't know Thai, but I still can understand their vitriolic and sarcastic tone at that time.The staff glanced at us and took us to a so-called twin room.In fact, it is a degraded room without a swimming pool, everything in that room was broken.There is no hand sanitizer or toothbrush in the room, and the lights were broken.Everything is dirty, But we are not unreasonable people, we managed to sleep all night, and at 6 o'clock in the morning they just Knock on our door in a hurry and ask for the need to take us back to our original room.Aside from the fact that they disturb our normal sleep and rest time, the attitude of employees has always been very bad.As if we owed them money, we didn't get the service we should have in this price.Just when you thought the nightmare was over,The waiter took us to the new room. The room was full of ants.I didn't want to disturb them. I killed dozens of ants that I could see with my eyes, but when I was ready to heat our left pizzas. I just found a giant gecko in our pizza box.And this is very disgusting, because I have eaten before.I don't know if the pizza left in this pizza box has been polluted by this gecko.The front desk sent two employees to use chemical pesticides in our room very violently, and the whole room was filled with a pungent and unpleasant smell.Of course, these chemicals pollute our luggage and food.This process happens very quickly and rudely.And the toilet in the hotel can't be used normally. The day before, we had food poisoning caused by unclean food in Chiang Mai, so we need to use the toilet very often, but when we first found out the first time after the toilet in the new room was broken I politely contacted the hotel front desk.The front desk of the hotel asked us to wait in the room for ten minutes.But my friend and I waited for nearly an hour in pain, and no one came...The hotel front desk and I reflected this unpleasant thing again. But then the highlight came, and the front desk sent a man to pick up my friend and go to the new room to go to the bathroom.On a stormy night.My friend went to the toilet used in the new room for about 10 minutes. When he came out, he found that the hotel staff had already left in a golf cart, and there was no one on the whole road.So he had to walk back to the hotel room on a stormy night,After that, he felt sick all the time because of it .I am extremely angry and disappointed with everything that has happened here. I have always reflected these experiences with the front desk, but the reply from the front desk has been perfunctory.When I offered to talk to their manager or supervisor about these things, they made an appointment with me, but no one came.I met a friend from America during breakfast. I asked her if she had been treated like this, but her reply was a absolutely no.I have reasonable reasons to suspect that this hotel is ****** as fk 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very friendly and helpful stuff

Stop the press... this has to be the best resort hotel in the Suvarnabhumi Airport precinct, for that matter in the Bangkok area. The hotel is lavishly decorated and each bungalow is unique, comfortable and relaxing. The staff at the hotel are amazingly friendly, offering assistance with a genuine Thai smile. We enjoyed a very tasty meal at the adjacent restaurant, being chauffeured in the courtesy tram. A surprising, enjoyable and relaxing slice of Thailand.

A very exciting location and an impressive building that is, however, very old and, due to its location directly under the flight path, very noisy in parts. But for one night it is certainly interesting to be able to see the planes flying over the private pool within easy reach.

The resort is very close to the airport to avoid the busy and traffic city center
