The staffs so honestly and kindly as i checked late last night and my husband forgot his wallet at the counter so the staffs did phone and keep it for us . Thank you to last night staff for your work , well done. We got look after well.

Needs 15 minute ride to airport.
Location is not along the main road.
Otherwise big room.
Shuttle bus to airport carries a fee.

I do not forget this hotel easily because the hotel itself has excellent fengshui and it brings luck to all staff and miracles to plane-spotters like me. I am surprised to witness Ethiopian Cargo's inaugural flight from Liege to Suvarnabhumi and inaugural flight from Suvarnabhumi to Anchorage on the rooftop pool area as well as Kenya Airways' wildlife-themed Dreamliner livery on 8 April 2025. Good news to customers that book the rooms without meals: The hotel restaurant King Kaeo Coffeeshop has reduced cost of breakfast from 290 Baht to 250 Baht per guest after the 28 March earthquake.

I booked a room for 3 people. It was very spacious and clean. The location is quite far from the airport (around 12kilometres from the hotel).The hotel does not have a taxi service to the airport. Not recommended for those who have an early morning flight.
