Questioning us in person Questioning us on the phone Extremely unprofessional and highly insulting A Speechless Event @ Summit Windmill Hotel Bangkok ⚠️⚠️⚠️ 今天清早退房時，前台寸頭小哥甩出一張手寫的房內啤酒賬單？我們一臉懵逼，告知他昨晚 19 點許辦理入住後，全家直接去了酒店的餐廳，餐畢回房間已是晚上 21 點 20 許，大家考慮到次日需要 6 點早起，就都休息了，並沒有任何人半夜三更在房內暢飲前台小哥羅列的 3 個不同品牌的啤酒。而且我們連啤酒儲存在哪都不知道。寸頭小哥繼續質疑，但因為有另一位洋人男性客人也需搭乘 7 點的機場擺渡車，才最後讓門房把我們的行李送上車。 When we tried to check out at 06:50 this morning, the dude with short hair at the reception showed us a handwritten beer bill, claiming we had consumed three beers in the room. We told her firmly NO, we had NOT taken any of the beers. Where this groundless accusation is from? It is a 15-minute drive from the airport, and there is a free airport pick-up service. Let's talk about the disadvantages: It is located in a remote area and not in the downtown area. That is to say, you can't walk out to buy food and goods. The nearest shopping mall is Bangna, which is 3 kilometers away and takes about 88 baht by taxi. The room hygiene is not very good, maybe the room is too big. I found strange hair in the bathroom. After communicating with the front desk, someone was sent to deal with it immediately. Others: (The swimming pool is free to use, and golf costs money) Overall evaluation: 9 points, you can stay for one night before taking a flight to relax.

This is my first time choosing to try this Bangkok hotel. I was traveling with my family and the prices I saw online were pretty good, so I chose to buy it. After I arrived, the hotel looked good. I checked in on the first day, and the waiter at the front desk was polite and upgraded us. However, the first two nights There were many problems with the room. First, there was a lot of noise in the master room at night. We immediately complained to the front desk and they were willing to change rooms. However, we couldn't find a room we liked at the time, so we couldn't stay in the same room for one more night. They also immediately tried to fix the noisy problem this night. Indeed, the noisy sound is no longer there. But the second problem arises, the air conditioner is not cold enough. At the same time, the basic furnishings of this room were good, but the bathroom in the master room was very dilapidated and there was a lot of mold around the bathroom. So we couldn't stand it so we reported it to the front desk again. They were willing to find a room and changed the room for me. After that there was no problem.

I really like the hotel with its huge room space, we had a 100 m2 room overlooking the golf course, the service is extraordinary, however you are very far from the city center of Bangkok but very close to the airport. I give it a score of 9/10

Great option near the airport. Accommodates 2 adults and 4 children. Room 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Very convenient and transfer to the airport. There is a large Mega shopping center nearby.
