Today, March 22, 2020 (Sunday) was a complete lock down due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) from 7 AM till 9 PM. Unfortunately, I had my check out date today itself. So, in this crisis situation I had asked the hotel to extend my stay for one more day with a minimal tariff so that I don’t risk the life of myself and my family moving out of the hotel. The hotel ***agement had clearly denied this stating that the check-out time is 12 PM and at max they can allow two more hours which is 2PM. Later they agreed for 3PM check-out and after a heated argument they said I can check out by 4PM. If I am in the hotel beyond 4PM they will charge me the same tariff (may be INR 200-300 less) that I have been staying in the hotel for the last few days. This was not the expected behavior from a hotel in which I have been staying for the last few days. They were taking this as an opportunity to make more money and take advantage of this rare and highly critical situation. Personally, I had taken this as a criminal offence as instead of extending a helping hand they were just thinking of money in this crisis situation. I will make one thing very clear that I had requested SFO hotel to extend my stay for one more day with minimal tariff not because I wanted to stay in that Hotel for pleasure but because I thought I have no other option in this crisis situation. The only option I had at this point was to move myself and my family to another place (even though it is life threatening) which is at a ***ageable walkable distance (~2 KM) from SFO hotel as public transportation was also shut. The other Hotel has understood my situation and have provided a room for 2 nights at a very nominal tariff. The front desk ***ager had behaved very rudely with me and it appeared that the ***agement did not care about being hu*** but that they only wanted was money even in this crisis. They have no fear of losing business as they have partnered with ***y corporates and they think their business with continue to flow because of business travels and even if they mis behave with their guests. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..!! I REALLY WISH AND PRAY THAT THIS HOTEL LEARNS ITS LESSON SOMEDAY..!!

Beautiful place to stay! purple themed colour looks impressive. The rooms are spacious, clean and the breakfast looks decent and enough. Most importantly, it's located in jayanagar. They have basement vehicle parking. Otherwise, good for budget traveller to bangalore. Highly recommended.

Le foliage has an extremely good comfortable stay and is located in a beautiful area. The ambiance and the food is really good very happy would recommend it to all. And I did visit the banquet hall it looks really good and very good to host functions

Stay and hospitality is good. But breakfast arrangement are very delayed should be kept available min by 7am. Can make some improvements with washroom and infrastructure.

Had a business trip with my group from DMC holidays we all really liked everyone….The front desk Ms Muskan Ms Roshini and Mr Jatin everybody’s assistance was perfect and the housekeeping service top notched….the buffet served was really delicious we all really glad to be back here again thank you so much

This hotel is located close to JP nagar station, takes 5-10 mins by auto. Hotel has good spacious rooms with lift and a good veg restaurant at the basement. Complimentary breakfast has limited options with same menu everyday, at least chutney they can change everyday. In Room they sever two half litre water bottle per day which is insufficient for a 2+1 occupancy . hotel should not be that stingy on water bottles.
