Good experience, Value for Money, Location was excellent has had all food joints nearby . Rooms were clean, Staff behavior's was excellent....Only need to improve in Breakfast quality's with different varieties

I really enjoyed the place just like the city of banglore and the awesome weather. The staff was very helpful and supporting and they really made our stay memorable and remarkable just like always and will recommend it for sure

Customer service ignores complaints. Poor Customer Service: The front desk was unresponsive to my requests and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I expected better trea**ent as a paying guest………………..

It was a nice stay. The room is so clean and everything is so nice n clean.. I should give a rating 10/10 for the room. You have to walk about 10 mins to brigade road. The room seems to be new I guess coz everything looks so clean n new .

Overall Good and value for money place for stay only. Food can be ***aged outside hotel. Empire Restaurant is next to this place. So no problem for food. Choosy customers can order from Swiggy / Zomato / any online delivery platforms. Pros: - Privacy maintained - No questions asked (minimal communication) - 1 Water bottle per day given at no extra cost - Bath Towel, Bathrooms are good - Ambiance and quality of bed is good. your sleep will be peaceful - Value for money and very decent prices with good discounts. Thanks to Treebo for this. Cons: - Breakfast not available in Room - Breakfast time is 8 - 10 only - Breakfast quality and variety is very average. Better ***age food outside. - Bathroom handwash and liquid bath soap are not filled. You have to ask for it. - TV won't function unless you ask and very limited NON HD and Free channels will be available
