Receptionist response was very bad...they were North Indian and they have communication prblm....they don't treat coustomers in good way...and no proper south Indian foods but rooms and environment was very good and clean☺️....it will be better if they change the receptionist. The way they're treating the coustomers was very bad,so disappointed

This is my second time at The Sun Suites. Last time I was here for about 2 months and this time too I plan to stay for a long time. This hotel is my home in Bangalore. The rooms are spacious and clean, each room is a suite with a living room and bedroom. There are few only bedrooms as well (my preference). The staff here is brilliant, they are caring and mindful of your needs. There is a personal touch which we sometimes don’t find in grand hotels. The restaurant food is delicious and they will go the extra mile to accommodate your dietary needs. I hardly use Swiggy/zomato here as I get what I want at the hotel itself. Overall I will recommend this place to my family and friends for short or long term stays.

Room voice very good maintain. But receptionist over headweight not giving proper respect for the costomers. Food also fully Chinese food not for the South Indian foods. Separately collect the exact charges for room cleaning
