Very clean and tidy, the good thing is its 24/7 open, close to pheonix mall. One should try this place.

Rooms are very hygienic and neat room services are very nice and polite they are very helpful.

I recently stayed at the auberge and had a fantastic experience. The services were top-notch, and the reception staff were incredibly quick and efficient in responding to any requests. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. Overall, the hospitality and quality of service made for an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

Amicably neat rooms, polite staff, great experience. This was my first visit and i would like to recommend this hotel to my acquitances also.

The hotel is nice, newly built, courteous staff, eager to help. Each room is very well equipped. Each room has all necessary amenities like kettle, fridge, tv, work desk, clean bathroom, balcony. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Their customer service is AWESOME. We had a problem with the tea maker and the replaced it in a matter of minutes which is quiet rare in Hotels. Once we came back late and needed some clarification and called the reception and they promptly attended and replied which is also quiet rare. Hoping they maintain it. I am not sure if I would like to stay in this hotel again which is just coz of the room. Would have given a 5 star if not for that. Room - We had booked the Signature room with balcony. Room 402 Room size is quiet big but the biggest drawback are the bathrooms. I fail to understand why would they keep such small bathrooms when they have so much space. The shower area is so close to the pot that it gets wet if someone goes for a shower and it is really uncomfortable and you cannot keep your towel hanging inside as that too may get wet. The bedroom door had to be closed to access the bathroom and the mat kept outside the bathroom was kept not in front but in the side as the door of the bedroom cannot be opened (was very weird and uncomfortable) Our Room had 2 washrooms and it was the same for both the washrooms 🤨 Secondly a place like Bangalore where it gets quiet cold in the night. The water was not hot as there is no heater not sure if they have central heating or solar so that is another drawback. Stayed in many Hotels but never found a place where the sheets are rough usually the covers are soft to touch.🤔 Food - Breakfast is not complimentary with the room hence you need to buy breakfast. They have just breakfast and nothing else. Was very pleased with the food and the taste. We had Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Cheese omelet and coffee all the items were delicious. Travel - You can get Ola and Rapido almost within 3 to 5 mins which was great and just me and my daughter stayed but found the place to be quiet safe. Did not try Namma Yatri
