House kepping service is very good next time we can visit the hotel ramprasad and ***n devaraj kartik they service is excellent and they receive very nice and we stayed three days in the hotel and they received very day very nice and and i will suggest you to visit this hotel

Excellent service by housekeeping staff's...really loved it...Dipankar,Dewasish, karthik(Supervisior) was so helpfull... Keep it up guys...food was just an average one... Not as much expected...location is really nice.. Highly satisfied ❤️

Good environment and nice food and visiting the chancery pavilion for the first time with my family my daughter chose the hotel and I think she made the best choice. breakfast here was quite good Ms. Serena helped to get everything to our needs on time a big thank to chancery restaurant team.

One of the best hotel to stay with very friendly staff and great service. The hotel service staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Room service is very good with very clean rooms and laundry. I had a great service from Prakash and Nayan from Room Service. Very friendly.
