Professional, yet, has the personal touch. Subhashree was particularly brilliant. Knew/remembered my choices from last week. Great experience. Brilliant sunset from the exec lounge. You get to meet a lot of people from different backgrounds. They dont have international liquors, but have all the good Indian ones. Its all good.

Had stayed here for almost 2 weeks and the hotel service is excellent. Would like to also highlight the team in the executive lounge are top notch. Shlok, Sahnu, Shoree, Shugol, Sukhpal, Pavan, Sheb have done a great job to make everyone feel comfortable. Shlok would surprise me with different drinks each time I visited the lounge. I been to a couple executives lounge over the world and for sure this is so far the best

Terrific service and attention to detail. They sent me ***goes when I enquirer about this. Lounge service is super. Breakfast and lounge is terrific. Very nice hotel to stay for work or pleasure and I recommend this hotel. The location is unbeatable and close to most places to get to.

The Executive Lounge has good varieties of food and drinks. The staff is good at making cocktails and mocktails. They are very friendly and helpful. I also like the dumplings there. Very spacious and comfortable environment. Specially thanks to Shanu, Sukpal, Sree, Subrata, Pawan!

Fantastic hotel with brilliant 360 views of Bangalore . The executive lounge team has outdone themselves: Shlok, Shanu, Sukhpal, Shree ,Subrata and Pawan. Their hospitality has taken Bangalore to a limit that exceeds their vision. We are surely visiting again.

Vijay was so great with my two young girls. Vijay was so thoughtful he them teddy bears on their last day and they were absolutely thrilled! He was always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The JW Marriott made our stay in Bangalore incredible. Thank you Vijay!

The JW exemplifies service. I’ve never been disappointed. From check-in to checkout, your needs are met. The executive lounge is one of the best. From the courteous staff to the food & beverages, your needs are met. If you are in Bangalore, there is no other choice when it comes to where I stay.

Well located hotel and opposite the big park. The room was spacious and staff are very friendly. The breakfast spread was very good. I went for business purpose and the hotel was a perfect fit. Cabs are easily available or the hotel can also arrange for vehicles.
