Reached late at night and reception allowed me and checked me in quickly and i got rest in my room. It was peaceful and quiet.

Horrible experience that i ever faced in my life. Bad behaviour of staff m ekes me uncomfortable during the time of fisrt entry. When comes to the safety of room, there is no any safety lock ( with key ) inside the room, bad smell of sewage water directly comes to the room also mosquito. They will not give any other better room also they will not refund the amount. Finally we exit the hotel ( without stay ) after 15 minutes. And take another hotel which is near to majestic metro station

Was ok but, toilet window broken
i was coming from mysore but the hotel person insisted me to write he was saying. It is not a right professional attitude. I think make my trip like a reputed company js choosing from bad hotels.

Room was small, so space issue experienced room was old but they try to keep maximum clean. No otherwise ok

Room was very clean and staff very friendly. Will definitely stay here when i come to bengaluru. It's very close to ksr bengaluru railway station and majestic ksrtc, bmtc bus stand

No hot water. No western toilet. No sealed water bottle. But its ok. In the heart of the city. Which we paid less amount. Thank you very much.
