Fantastic place, perfect for business trips where one seeks efficiency with comfort and excellent service with a personal touch. The culture of caring for guests is very strong and a highpoint amongst several other upsides such as a lounge library, 007 room, swimming pool. Must mention the admirable support provided by the team lead by Monish 😊👍Special mention of Chef Vilas for the unexpected delicious sabudana vada and khichdi :)) and Deepshikha for her prompt and proactive support.

The friendliest, most caring, professional staff - from front-desk and porters to kitchen and room staff, all our needs were attended to without any fuss. Spacious room with a view with peaceful vibe for work, and we made good use of the pool facilities.

Excellent stay, cleanliness prefect and friendly staff Anirudh particularly. Swimming pool was good size. Rooms and living area in the 2 bed room suites is spacious enough for family of 5. WiFi was always available and can't complain about speeds.

Stay at Grand Mercure is so nice we love the location. Staff was so polite food was nice i definitely prefer to come again I want to specially mention for chefs and Praduman, Tulika and aakhanshya these guys are so polite. I’ll prefer this hotel again

Good cozy hotel. Thank you to Mohnish & team for pleasant welcome and upgrade. All teams were responsive. Food was nice and Chef Sonu went out of the way to make home food. Compliments to the team and keep smiling. Only feedback last evening turn down service was not done despite informing Front office

Very serviceable business hotel, neat rooms, nice size and a balcony too. Clean, welcoming and efficient. Room service food is a bit meh, all else is good. Good choice if you have work in this part of town. TripAdvisor doesn't let you write less than 200 characters so this is a filler
