Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

Its a very Good Hotel towards the east of Bangalore, very well maintained, and great service, great rooms, Just that we cant get GUBER OR OLA from that place, The traffic is crazy, if you get stuck in there some times you might miss the flight, so i suggest you start at least 5 hours before your international departure

House keeping did a great job even in odd timings. Special mention for vishal who was virtuous and will to do his job with a smile. People like this make a great organisation consolidate their position in the market. The hotel as a whole has good atmosphere and lovely temperament.

Thanks Grand mercure team and specially Alisha for making it a wonderful stay. The team was very forthcoming and ensured that we didn't face any problems. Even when my son reached past midnight, the team was available to provide support and assigned room closer to ours.

Our stay was exquisite, serene and especially food was awesome. Sanjita and Pette took care of us very well and for all our requests gracefully. Will come back for sure. This is our first time visit here. But bangalore is popular to us. This is one among the best in the city.

Warm and welcoming smiles of the Grand Mercure Hotel staffs give rejuvenate my tired mind almost instantly. The fluffiest pillows and spotless white beds, aesthetically done decor, and well equiped washroom take away the tiredness of the journey in no time. The gastronomical experience in the hotel, makes your hotel stay even more wonderful. Sanjita was very welcoming and did her best for my pleasant stay at the Hotel.

I came with my family it is great place to stay and the staff was so courtesy special thanks to Mamatha and team will definitely come back the food was so good they have upgraded our room the gym was so maintained well ..........................

The experience is excellent. I took the service tge reciptionist name Bristy. She is really a cool headed and smart lady. Also the restaurant guys are also very amicable. The ambience is awesome. You can't smoke in the rooms or the lobby, but each floor has smoking zone, just FYI.
