I didn’t see food service in room
I have order food but when i open I’m shocked because all food cool and roti is so hard

We went to have lunch in the express cafe. Aravind, the staff there was well efficient and helped us throughout. Overall the food quality was very good. The menu can be more wider.

The room was so good and the infrastructure but I felt the size of the room is so small like everything was nearer hope you could do something on that rest all were good.

Stay was superb Awesome hospitality I like to stay come next time Food was good and tea snack was very good Everyone here have a smiling people Reception was good Got late check-out still no problem Place also has good connectivity to metro stations

Food was poor. Despite informing every next meal, no improvement. Booked for an SUV to the airport, end up getting sedan. Was late for the flight, had to voice out much to get refund in cash. Too tiny rooms. Just one thing good was, closest to my work and a chain of holiday inn hence safety concerned wasn’t there.

Excellent service plus food tasty Sagar is well ***ner and very friendly with the guest he is a kitchen 👨🍳 and very well versed with the job. Due to his hard work and polite behavior and understanding of the job I wish that hotel will consider him to elevat to the next higher level. This type of employee is an asset for the organization I wish him all the best

Stayed for 5 nights in Holiday Inn, Yaswantpur. Overall had a good experience but they need to improve their room service for long staying guests. In last few days found room service poor. But they attended immediately when I informed in reception. The food is as always awesome. Staffs are sober and down to earth. Couple of waiters and kitchen staffs were exceptionally good.
