Beautiful place, loving staff specially Tridhara at the reception is so welcoming. I would also compliment the flute person at the reception. He is commendable. Big shout out to Swapnil for his hospitality. Thank you for a lovely visit. Will visit soon.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

My recent stay at a hotel was marred by disappointing experiences in both the front office and housekeeping departments. Upon arrival, the front desk's inefficiency set a negative tone, with long waits and minimal assistance provided by indifferent staff. The lack of organization and professionalism during check-in was frustrating and left much to be desired. Once in my room, the disappointment continued with subpar housekeeping standards. Dust and dirt were visibly accumulating, and the bathroom showed signs of inadequate cleaning. Basic amenities were lacking, with a shortage of towels and worn-out linens, highlighting a disregard for guest comfort. Attempts to address these issues with the front desk were met with apathy, further exacerbating the overall sense of neglect and dissatisfaction. In summary, my experience with both departments fell short of expectations, signaling a need for significant improvements in guest service and cleanliness standards at this establishment.

Best hospitality. A*** from cubbon pavilion saved the day and was really helpful and understanding, even front desk people were sweet. Their breakfast is really nice and so are all the other staff here. It's been a sweet fun stay here and surely gonna visit back again.

Been to this place very often. Nice vibe and very good atmosphere especially the place good for having meetings . Good food. Best thing is that hotel in mid of the city.
