The hotel staff are very friendly and reliable. The hotel is clean and cozy. A lot of food verities in the restaurant.

Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

Stayed two nights on a business trip. Good hotel with facilities you can enjoy. Main buffet restaurant can use some work in terms of service as the staff were a bit inattentive.
