Very old property left like staying in a lodge

Dear All; My stay at Ginger Bangalore was good. The service is excellent. Hotel is clean and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff are good and helpfull. My best is the restaurant. All the restaurant staff were fabulous in their service. Food is delicious as well They serve good coffee and tea as well. I love the buffets.. I had good and delicious meals at the Ginger Bangalore restaurant. It's cosy and I felt at home. Restaurant staff are always ready to serve. They prepared for me my simple meal of chapattis and veggies. It was delicious. Also the room service staff and the reception staff were excellent in their service. Excellent service I was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay at Ginger Bangalore. It's a good and safe place to stay at. Although it's an hour and half drive from the airport. Location is suitable for those who want to hang out at Indiranagar district. Regards Ranay Dillon

Food is very delicious and really good and your customer service also nice.I really love your food.Your team service also very good and they treat us like their loved ❤️ ones.If I will come to Bangalore again I definitely visit this place again

Tge hotel is good for the following reasons: 1. The rooms are neat and clean. 2. The food is good and tasty. 3. The restaurant staffs i. e Prasanta, Samiran, Aakash, Samir are well behaved. They are very humble with the guest. 4. The reception staffs are very good. They are always ready to help the customers.

The stay was close to work. The Gym is not a gym. It is a couple of machines that do not work and some old free weights. Don't be fooled on that one. They still charge for internet so be aware of that. It is $2 US per day but do we really need to do that now? Staff is nice and the renovations keep the place looking nice.

I had an exceptional stay at the Ginger Bangalore IRR. The rooms were pristine, offering stunning views and ultimate comfort. The hospitality was top-notch, especially thanks to Nandana and Rekha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and welcoming a**osphere!

The food was good and restaurant staff was very humble. Mr Akash Setta served amazing dosa. Tasted authentic. Also the ambience was too clean and pleasant.The rooms were also clean and overall comfortable. Truly worth staying and recomending

I had gone solely one day and one night. First when i had called ahead they had no booking then when I reached there they wanted me to pay the full amount at checkin itself which was very weird since in hotels one pays at checkout.After a bit of negotiation they agreed to cancel my tata neu booking, and booked me afresh to help me avail my tata employee discount. Which was not given. I wanted an early breakfast which also they refused and charged me for it. Then when we went upin the lift it stank, even the to the rooms stank and the AC as well as the fan were not working. So I requested for another room which was only slightly better than the previous one in the sense that the AC was functional, but it wasn't powerful enough for the size of the room. So when i went to lie in the bed i received no cooling of the AC. The linen in the room wasn't clean either. I had requested a queen bed i recieved two twin beds. The latch of the door was also broken. The bathroom tiles were broken.The plug points for charging were not functional either. Hot water was not available till 6 in the morning by which it was too late for me as i had to be at a place at 6. The staff at the front desk were clearly clueless and it seemed that they weren't willing to help us. At checkout they didn't even give me a bill. So all in all if you want to go to Ginger IRR.DON'T. they have very poor service.basically lacking in any services a hotel can offer.Book at your own risk.
