Horrible hotel. The main pictures doesn't mach the reality even close. The receptionist was nice and helpful but that was it. The room was dirty and I wouldn't say the bed sheets were changed after previous visitors. Plus it was full of insects so we sleeped with lights on so we kept them away at least a little. We got room right next to the reception so there have been always noise. Plus the staff was sleeping on the floor right next to our door, listening to music and watching reels on their phones almost whole nights. The aquarium with the fish was dirty, couches at reception broken and dirty. They didn't clean the room even once during our stay. I don't know who gave them 3 stars, but they don't deserve even 1.

Hi, I was stayed ***y hotels around India. But I never seen this type of waste hotel in my life. I was booked this hotel using OYO app. 1 week before itself I was booked this hotel with special offer. While checking they asking me to pay extra 2000 rupee. I called OYO customer care they accept my request and ready to talk with hotel ***ager Mr.Ragunath. OYO assistant call to hotel reception number. He was in reception but not pick reception phone call, also he denied to talk with OYO assistant with my phone. His response was very rude not even no how to treat customer. So I personally not recommend to choose this hotel using online platform. On that day not only me facing this issue, other person also booked this hotel using OYO he also faced this same issue. So be aware to book this place.
