Stay was good.. very nice to stay for quick checkout and checkin Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..

Reached the hotel and checked in at 1:30am. The room allocated to me had a strong stench of nicotine and cigarette smoke. I got an asthma attack and at 3:30am I asked for another room and was given one. That room was better than the previous one but still had the cigarette smoke smell - so much for non-smoking rooms. Compared to other holiday inn, this one is way too small. If you have 2 pieces of luggage, you’ll have to jump through them when you move across the small space. Apart from this, let me list a few of my observations and experiences: Positives: - This place is good for those travelling and working close by who would just come to the room for a nights sleep and who smoke - The guy at the breakfast place is quite attentive and makes sure he attends to the guests - If you’re running short of shampoos or towels, a call is all it takes for them to arrive at the room Areas of development: - Not a spot for non business travellers - Rooms are small and stinks of smoke - White towels are now turned to brown - At breakfast, the sausages and omelette were cold - Despite the late check in, you can’t check out late without paying a charge Overall the experience was bad with me leaving the place with breathing trouble after 5 days. Skipped breakfast for 3 days due to cold food. Finally, not looking for a generic response with a copy past template from the hotel management.

Neat and clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere,good communication and immediately response when emergency needed. Polite behaviour , breakfast with fruits and some south and north indian breakfast .they serves neat and good quality food .

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and had an excellent experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a courteous and professional staff, particularly Divya, who provided outstanding service. The maintenance is top-notch, and the food is both delicious and served promptly. The housekeeping staff ensures that the rooms are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. All facilities provided were of high quality, contributing to an overall exceptional stay.

I stayed for 14 days in the hotel.I felt really good at the hotel. It was a peaceful place there.The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and also healthy breakfast,which had many options.The staff was very supportive and cooperative. The rooms was well maintained.Also the hotel is near for many facilities like bus stop,metro,malls etc,.

Very good hospitality. Cleanliest hotel I have been to. Mr.Navin is very welcoming . My overall stay was comfortable and nice . Cozy environment. The food is also great and auspicious. But the rooms are a little bit reserved in terms of space.

It was fourteen days stay given by my company at Holiday Inn Express Whitefield Bengaluru. I really enjoyed the stay and more comfortably. The Food and service was really good, The complementary breakfast had many options. Room cleaning is very maintained any amenities they provide within requested time. We felt very safe and hygiene everywhere. The Location also really accessible from nearest metro station walkable distance 300mtr. A shopping mall nearby walkable distance where you can spent your time. The Front Desk always have beautiful smile and approachable all the time. Hotel personnel is kind, helpful and quite friendly. Breakfast available each morning is good. Also housekeeping is excellent. The room is quiet and well kept, there are all the necessities in the room. I have nice experience during my hotel stay!😊
