Breakfast is of poor quality. Place not clean. Overpriced for a property of this size. Meaning room is small and overpriced

Terrible experience. They said it was a 4* hotel but the room was not even a 1*. Very small room, dirty and worn out linen, minimal amenities like toiletries made even 1 night stay as nightmare. For a double room only one towel was provided. The breakfast was however good..

Room sheets, pillow covers are not changed, it was stinking. Bath room was not cleaned, very bad smell and they have teared towel, no hand towel. House keeping should do way better job.

This is a 1 ⭐️ property. Never been more disappointed by a property. Rooms are horrible. Mold in the bathroom everywhere. 1st floor has sewage smell. Worst part is that the ***agement knows this!!! Good part? Food was good. Location is on a quiet neighborhood.

Probably the worst so called " 4 Star" accommodation. I would rate this as 2and 1/2 star property. By putting flashy pictures of lobby area etc does not make this a 4 star property. The rooms were mediocre and furniture looked very tired. The air conditioning was not operating very efficiently. Llast but not least the breakfast was not all the great. Stay away from this property if you can. There are a lot of better properties in Bangalore for the same price.

We had issues with the staff being impolite and unfriendly. The amenities were quite limited. The room sheets were unclean and there was no refrigerator too. The bathroom didn't have door mats and the sink was dysfunctional.

We planned to visit Bengaluru with family from chennai. My wife's colleague booked this hotel for us. Initially we were bit hesitant as the location is very near to Majestic as we planned to drive thru our car from chennai via Hosur Road. But after seeing their review we decided to check in this hotel for three nights. We also got club room which has two king size bed, so that we all four of us can stay in one room. Room is quite big with two King size bed and a soft. From checkin is very smooth and fast. All staff are very polite and courteous. Bed is very comfortable. Hot water is excellent with good pressure from the shower. Complimentry breakfast is very tasty with good spread and choice. All toiletries are filled on day to day basis without asking. House keeping is good. Nothing to complaint. I strongly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel for family and friends.

The stay at Akshaya aura hotel was so pleasant and good ambience.The staff were very supportive and helpful.The food is awesome at the restaurant.Ideal stay for family people as well.Wonderful time being there.
