Tv and ac were not working. Stayed for 3 days and no room cleaning. And the important think that, my colleague booked premium room and they gave executive room and they gave no answer for that.

I booked executive room for 3 adult. Before we reach hotel in the late evening they given that room to somebody and given us normal room with single bed. Finally 2 of us slept in the floor using our blankets. Horibble staffs. We just stayed one horrible night just because we reached there very late night and was not able to move to another hotel.

I checked out just after couple of hours of checkin. Ac was not working and they give u queen size bed only even after charging for king size bed. No one is. There to resolve the issues.

I stayed there for 4 days, the staff's behaviour is amazing they understand everything and are always corporate, the rooms are clean and have extra space, everything was perfect I really love the stay❤️
