On a recent trip to Bangalore for a family function, I had booked this hotel, and the Hotel came true on each of the parameters. Its location in the upscale Jayanagar is the biggest plus point. The hotel is squeaky clean, the rooms are spacious and the sleep quality is awesome, although views from the rooms are pretty much average. The Hotel scores highly on value for money. What impressed me most was the sincerity of the staff, particularly Libin and Thimanna of the front office and Barma of the room service. Will repeat book this hotel on my next visit. Highly recommended.

The hotel accommodation and hygiene was okay nothing great but the service was horrible. The staff charged us extra 2k for checking in 40mins early whereas there was no early checkin charges mentioned while booking. The do not provide toiletries. I was staying there are 3n 4d and i had to literally call them again and again to ask for it after the first day, i got my own stuff from pharmacy. The breakfast was bad too. Milk used in coffee was spoilt. Overall very disappointed. There are many hotels in the same area which provide much better service and have good rooms that too at the same rate or less.

Location - best, food - best and amenities - best. Service- best. Neat and clean rooms. Additional services we can expect with them if required like wheel chairs for elderly citizens.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and food was nice indeed. Would definitely go back here if i were to visit bangalore again
