The hotel is in a good location. Has a separate parking lot. The staff were kind and gave a wonderful service. Worth the money.

The location of the hotel is also good the room was good, but full of cockroaches. They took 500 extra for early check-in. Whereas we check out early as well. There are a lot of areas where they can improve.

they don't know basics of attending guest they will not check rooms before they give and they will not check a/c condition and untill u ask u will not get towel no one to help for luggage

1. Room is very unhygienic and risky to stay
2. Strainger’s locking door at 1oclock night 3. Insects and cockroaches moving inside the rooms
4. Service is very poor. Water, coffee maker, towels are provided after lot of request 5. No qualified person at reception, extra amount deducted during checkout time 6. Lot of disturbance and unsafe due to bar on the 4th floor. 7. Hot water comes only after request 8. Used towels are provided in the rooms it advised not to choose this hotel

The room wasn’t tidy and the whole room was stinky with cigarette smoke smell and the bathroom condition was not up to the mark.
