Holiday Village

Sorry to write this story in online ...!!! But there is no other way, We are a big fan of holiday Village food and ambiance, since we are staying close by, but we don't like botanica food ..!!! Last Saturday 25th may dinner we have visited to holiday Village as usual, waited in the restaurant entrance around 20 minutes, no one bothered to attend the walk in customers 😕 finally we have asked one steward to give the table he made us to sit on first floor, after 20 minutes one ***ager ( young ***) came to take our order and he said that your starters will take more then 30 minutes...! Already we have waited long time in the entrance again we have waited to give the food order again he's telling us to wait 30 minutes which is really not acceptable, No one is there to serve the water no spoons or napkins on the tables 😞 We were coming since ***y years we know the owner and those old staffs use to treat us like their own guest, we really miss those hospitality and service, When we asked ***ager about the hospitality he's telling new staffs and kitchen is busy, It use to more busy earlier days but we use to get golden service that is the reason we use keep coming to holiday Village, Indian gravy taste has come gone down very badly their appetizers also very average 😞😞😞 Not only we next to our table ***y guest are upset about the restaurant system,and ***ager should handle the guest not running like steward and busy @kitchen. Anyhow we done with it and never come back to holiday Village 😞😞 Unplanned operation system overall very very disappointed

Bad smell in the room, no ac and also they haven't finished any check-in formalities no proper response and they are very rude on the guests, they are not in a mode to listen guests view.

Buffet breakfast they started at 9am very late

As no lunch & dinner facility in the resort we need to go for different restaurants for lunch & dinner so price is too much high which is completely waste for the taste what the food they provide and no water facility in the resort to take bath also worst resort

It was good experience to stay here. Good ambience. We stayed in suite room which is most suitable for couples.

Stay was totally not satisfied. In the resort sty-ed room are too old, bathroom tiles got damaged and stored soo much dirty in that area, not maintained well. Cocroches are there inside the toilet. No games or entertainment are provided. Swimming pool we can't use because event attendees are using the swimming pool area for babies feeding or entertainment. In the rainy season resort look like a village old bathroom. Car parking is not available at the time of event or any function happened in the resorts, nobody will respond for that. Any body want book this resorts please think and book, don't waste your money and you will get many options near by.

Its very wonderful l experience with good service, we enjoyed a lot, thankyou holiday village resorts, we loved it. Actually the structure of resort was fabulous. Thats all thank you.
